The PSYCH-K® Approach

Robert M. Williams M.A. is the  originator of  PSYCH-K®. Rob’s life-long exploration of human potential, combined with his 14 year background in business management, provides the foundation for his imaginative yet results oriented approach to personal growth.

Rob received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy from the University of California at Los Angeles and a Masters Degree in Counseling and Personnel Services from the University of Colorado. He has spent many years studying natural healing practices from around the world.

PSYCH-K® was inspired by these diverse approaches to change and began in a series of “intuitive leaps of consciousness”, which occurred over a period of several months during 1988-89. Your life is a reflection of your beliefs. These beliefs …usually subconscious are the result of early life programming. These beliefs shape our core personality and have a profound effect on our behavior both positive and negative.

PSYCH-K® is:

  • A process that transcends the standard methods of visualization, affirmations, will power, and positive thinking.
  • A process that honors where you are on your life path and your conscious choices.
  • A unique blend of various tools for change, some contemporary and some ancient.
  • A ground breaking approach to facilitating change at the subconscious level.
  • A non-invasive, interactive process of change.
  • A tool to bring you joy and peace, not just “getting rid” of things you don’t want.
  • A simple, yet powerful technique to change negative beliefs that are self-sabotaging.
  • Derived from scientific research in brain dominance theory as well as ancient wisdom.
  • RAES for Change uses kinesiology (muscle testing) a proven built in feed back system to communicate with the subconscious mind to discover the subconscious truth.
  • Dr Bruce Lipton writes in The Biology of Belief “ when your conscious mind has a belief that is in conflict with a formerly learned “truth” stored in the subconscious mind, the intellectual conflict expresses itself as a weakening of the body’s muscles.”
  • Muscle testing research published in Perceptual and Motor Skills, 1999 states “The results of the present study suggest that the muscle test responds to the congruency of self-referential statements.”
  • “Over-all, significant differences were found in muscle-test responses between congruent and incongruent semantic stimuli.”
  • PSYCH-K® works for Self-Esteem, Relationships, Prosperity, Health & Body, Spirituality, Personal Power, and Grief and Loss.
